Dave Gilbert has over 20 years experience helping clients in NZ and the UK and has worked with over 3,500 clients in Auckland.  He is a Registered Hypnotherapist and an NLP Trainer & Master Practitioner.

Dave trained in Advanced Hypnotherapy with Bill Atkinson Ball in London in 1988 and with international trainers Gil Boyne & Ormond McGill.  Professional affiliations include:

• Registered Hypnotherapist (NZ Hypnotherapists Registration Board Inc.);
• INLPTA Certified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner;
• Member of the Corporation of Advanced Hypnotherapy (UK);
• Member of the NZ Association of NLP;
• Professional Member of the NZ Association of Professional Hypnotherapists;
• Registered Member of the Natural Health Practitioners of NZ.

Dave Gilbert has provided advice on standards to the NZ Hypnotherapy Registration Board and was centrally involved in efforts to establish a national standard setting body for the natural health sector in NZ.  For several years he was Chair of the New Zealand Hypnotherapy Industry Advisory Group, President of the NZ Association of Professional Hypnotherapists and Chair of its Examination Board. 

As well as working as a therapist, Dave also worked in London for an international environmental consultancy with corporate and government clients worldwide. Dave Gilbert has a PhD in Environmental Law and Policy from Imperial College, University of London and a BSc in Applied Biology.
