What is Hypnosis?
We all go into natural hypnosis many times every day - we call it daydreaming. They may want to lose weight, improve sleep, self esteem or confidence for public speaking and more... Clients often say they have tried using will power but some changes need to take place at a subconscious level. This is where our automatic patterns, habits and responses are established - and why hypnosis can be so useful more...
